Returns & Refund Policy
If after placing an order you change your mind, then you are entitled to cancel that order within 1 hour of the order. In order to cancel that order you need to contact us by email.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been opened or used or have been damaged by you after receipt.
We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of the original delivery or the costs of returning any Goods) on receipt of those Goods in their original pristine condition.
Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please complete the form included with your package and send this all to us at the address below in the original packaging or any other secure packaging to:

The Goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the Goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the Goods, we recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail Guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
Items that are not able to be returned or exchanged
• Item’s that are not returned within 14 days.
• Item’s that are not in their original condition or is damaged.
